🤝 Make It Happen — the dates and price are set, but the trip still needs a few more travelers to be confirmed. A refundable deposit holds your place, and you'll get it back if the trip doesn't run.

Most of us met traveling.
Many of us arrived solo. Pangea was built by people who understand that the best trips often begin with strangers and end with plans to meet somewhere else in the world.
Age is irrelevant. Mindset isn't.
The bulk of our travelers are 25–40, but our groups can range from travelers in their twenties to their sixties and beyond. What connects them isn't age; it's curiosity, openness and wanting to see more of the world. It started on a pier in Koh Samui.
In 2016, Chang beers in hand, Matt, Jake, Sam and Miller watched the sun go down over the Gulf of Thailand — fresh off an epic trip through Vietnam and Koh Phangan.
It was the kind of conversation that only happens when you're far enough from home to say what you really think. By the time the sky went dark, the vision was there: rethink reality, redefine possible and build something that helps people Explore the World, Together.
Jake, Sam and Miller believed in Matt's vision from that first night. They became Pangea's earliest supporters, investors and advisors.

Matt founded Pangea and is on a personal mission to visit every country on earth — and to bring as many people along as possible.
More than 120 countries in, he has lived nearly every version of the travel life: backpacker, business traveler, points hacker, digital nomad and full-time traveler. He didn't study social travel from the outside. He has spent more than a decade living it.

Pangea sits where three worlds that once lived apart now meet: off-the-beaten-path adventure, digital nomadism and community travel.
Pangea has been shaped by both the experiences these communities created and the people behind them. We have learned firsthand from the founders and community architects behind WiFi Tribe, Most Traveled People, NomadMania, Remote Year, Outsite, Work Wanderers, Noma Collective, Nomad Cruise, Every Passport Stamp, NomadWeek and the Extraordinary Travel Festival.

We were doing this before it had a name.
Long before Pangea Trips had a name, people in this community were already exploring together: Thailand, Micronesia, Iguazú, South Africa's Garden Route, Almaty and Tajikistan.
