Day by day
Arrival — Vilanculos to Tofo
Fly into Vilanculos, then a scenic road transfer to Tofo of about three and a half hours with drinks and roadside snacks. Check in at Kumba Lodge and rest up.
Horseback Village Discovery & Surfing 101
Oceanfront yoga and breakfast, a 90-minute guided horseback ride through Tofo village and along the beach, then a first surf lesson in the late morning or early afternoon depending on the tide.
Dhow Island Sail and Snorkel
Breakfast and a day bag, then traditional dhow sailing to Pansy Island. Snorkelling in the estuary sea-life nurseries, sandbank time, and a Mozambican lunch.
E-Bike Beach and Village Adventure
E-bike the beach and the surrounding Tofo villages, with a cultural exchange over a traditional Mozambican meal in the village.
Beach Day Bliss
Yoga, beach time and the included full-body massage. An optional hike to nearby Tofinho, or more time at the lodge. Third and last surf lesson.
Ocean Safari & Wave Riding
Ocean safari and relaxed snorkelling over the reef — one of the best in the world, with a real chance of whale sharks and manta rays. Another surf lesson in the afternoon or evening.
Departure — Tofo to Vilanculos
Early breakfast, settle any extras, and the scenic transfer back to Vilanculos for the flight out.
